This trip was created for a private group!

We will spend 6 nights/ 7 days in Chiang Mai! Includes 4 nights of accommodations at Bedtini Guesthouse (breakfast included) and an incredible 2 night elephant adventure at Chai Lai Orchid Sanctuary (we’ll have huts in the jungle, and all local meals will be provided there!)! Baby elephants!!! We will be hiking to the water fall, bamboo rafting down the Mae Wang river that winds through the Northern Thai mountains, and we will spend a full day around 12 beautiful Asian elephants! We will swim with them, wash them, learn about their history in Thailand and how our elephant experience helps to create a safe and permanent sanctuary for them. We will even get the chance to learn how to approach them and feed them fruit and sugar cane!

I also included a moto/scooter rental for the day in Chiang Mai, for the day we decide to ride up to the temples and explore the town freely!

Day 1

Arrive to Bedtini Boutique Guesthouse!

Bedtini is a 100-year old 2-story teak wood house, located in the heart of Wat Ket community, a heritage site of Chiang Mai along Ping River. Wat Ket temple is, 500-year old temple, is just behind the guesthouse. The area is surrounded by historical scenery, great pubs & restaurants.

Day 2

We will enjoy breakfast, then head out to explore the city- by motorbike! We will visit several temples, and go wherever the wind may take us!

Day 3

After breakfast, we will be picked up and delivered to The Chai Lai Orchid, a nature retreat nestled in the mountains in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We will spend 2 nights here, and all meals will be included. Miles away from the bustling city and tourist traps, you’ll trek to a mountain-top village, swim at waterfalls, enjoy traditional food cooked in the jungle and home-stay with a hill tribe family for the night in a bamboo home with no TV, internet, or even electricity.

Day 4

Following breakfast, after bamboo rafting down the Mae Wang river that winds through the Northern Thai mountains, we will join caretakers for a full day around 12 beautiful Asian elephants. You’ll learn how to be an elephant caretaker. Learn about their history in Thailand and how your purchase of an elephant experience with our organization helps to create a safe and permanent sanctuary for them. Get to know the elephants, learn how to approach them and feed them fruit and sugar cane. Relax in the riverside cafe and enjoy delicious local foods. After lunch, we will wash and swim with a baby elephant in the river. Authentic local dinner will be provided as well!

Day 5

We will return from Chiang Lai Orchid and shuttled back to Bedtini Guesthouse. In the evening, I propose we check out the night market!

Day 6

We will share a breakfast together at Bedtini before starting our day! I would like to visit the Women’s Massage Center by Ex-prisoners! They have amazing reviews, and only costs around $6usd per hour! (Massage not included in this tour).

To bring in our last night in Chiang Mai, it’s been suggested that we head out to North Gate Jazz Café and listen to live music while sipping on cold drinks!
